Covid.

Learn it. Know it. Live it.

I’d managed to avoid The Big C (Covid or Corona Virus or whatever) until two days ago– but it finally caught up with me. I spent one day thinking “I wonder if this is how it feels to die?” and then I began to feel better. I’m lucky that way, I guess. Old people like me are what the virus was designed to kill off (I’ve heard) so I managed to dodge THAT bullet– so I’ll be collecting my social security for some time to come.

Take that, Gen Z!

Right now, I have a mild cough, a slight fever, and a runny nose. So far, so good. In three days, I’ll be able to go out in the world again. Ain’t life grand?
